When we were planning the rest of our trip in Munich, we couldn't
decide where to go next. So we just happened to go to Chamonix, the
French town on the Swiss border that is near Mont Blanc, the tallest
mountain in Europe. It was a great choice. We did some major hiking,
and took a cable car and gondola up a mountain and across a glacier.
We also ate well, slept well, and bathed well- three essentials of a
good destination. Many of the pictures speak for themselves, it was
absolutely beautiful.
