At least this bad picture (from the top of the tower) is not my fault.
Day 6 we go to Versailles, the once home of King Louis the 14th.
Lots of pretty flowers.
The backyard of Versailles was huge. This is just a very small
section.
An overview of the whole lawn. It extends a least a mile.
We come back to Paris in the afternoon and visit the Pompidou Center
which is unfortunately under renovation.
It is Day 7 and we go to the Musee D'Orsay, a museum of 19th century
French art and impressionism that was once a train station. This is
my favorite museum in all of Europe and it has a great collection.
From the balcony of the Musee D'Orsay you can see the Louvre right
across the street and Sacre Coeur way in the back.
This room was very impressive.
Another picture of the huge interior.
